Privacy policy

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website through Cloudflare Workers with static assets. The website consists of static files, with no application server or database. Cloudflare processes the following data for each request:

• IP address.
• Date and time of the request.
• Requested URL.
• Browser user agent.
• Referrer URL, if sent by your browser.
• Country derived from the IP address.

These data are processed to deliver the website, protect it against attacks and abuse through DDoS protection and security checks, and direct start-page visitors to their country's language version. The website's Worker does not write request logs; Workers Logs are not enabled. Cloudflare processes request data as the hosting provider under its own terms. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

The website's own scripts set no cookies and use neither local storage nor session storage. Pages load no resources from third parties and contain no embedded third-party content. Cloudflare may set the following strictly necessary security cookies under the conditions shown:

Requests to the start page / are redirected to a language version using the country Cloudflare derives from the IP address and supplies through the cf-ipcountry request header. The country is not stored.

Site search runs entirely in your browser using a search index file loaded from this website. Search terms are not sent anywhere. Pages also link to external websites, including regulators, help services and sources. Data is transferred to those websites only when you click a link.

Contact is by email through a mailto link; there is no contact form. Your email address and the information in your message are processed to handle your request and any follow-up. The email provider is Google LLC (Gmail). Its handling of personal data is described in the Google privacy policy.

• Website delivery, security and country-based language routing: GDPR Article 6(1)(f), based on the legitimate interests of making the website available, protecting it from abuse and providing an appropriate language version.
• Answering emails: GDPR Article 6(1)(b) where necessary for a contractual request or steps requested before a contract; otherwise Article 6(1)(f), based on the legitimate interest of responding to correspondence.

The controller is established in UA, outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Processing by the hosting and email providers may also involve transfers outside the EEA.

Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; its Data Processing Addendum incorporates the Standard Contractual Clauses where a transfer requires them. See Cloudflare's GDPR information.

The website itself stores no personal data. Emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up; SmgTev has not set a fixed deletion period. Cloudflare's processing is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

Where the GDPR applies and the relevant conditions are met, Articles 15–21 give you rights to:

• Access your personal data and receive a copy.
• Have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed.
• Request erasure or restriction of processing.
• Be informed, on request, of recipients notified of rectification, erasure or restriction where required.
• Receive eligible data in a portable format.
• Object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise these rights, use the controller's email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the place of your habitual residence, workplace or an alleged infringement.
